A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Drew Aughtry serves his hometown community and clients as a HomeTrust Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager.
As the bank expands its presence in South Carolina, Drew works with privately-held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, and professional services to provide financing. He focuses on cash flow management and operating lines of credit, in addition to equipment, real estate, construction and term loans, and other products.
He also assists nonprofits with lending needs, capital projects, deposit account management, and treasury services.
Among his representative transactions are a $5MM operating line of credit for a nonprofit in Greenville, South Carolina; a $1.5MM operating line of credit for a commercial construction company in Greenville; and various real estate deals, including a $4.7MM construction loan for a local church.
Drew counts roughly two decades of lending experience at both South State Bank and Wells Fargo. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of the Urban League of the Upstate and is actively involved with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
A proud Tigers football fan, he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Clemson University.
He and his wife have three children and live in Greenville.
