As a child, Margaret Fogarty recalls visiting the downtown Atlanta office of her father, who worked in the banking industry.
She still remembers his love for the job and strong relationships with others, and it’s a biographical detail that partly inspired her own banking career.
Today, Margaret is Vice President, Associate Commercial Relationship Manager at HomeTrust Bank.
She covers the Metropolitan Atlanta area and is proud of her strong relationships with repeat clients and referrals.
Among her recent deals are a $1.0MM commercial real estate loan for an owner-occupied building in Atlanta; a $1.0MM loan for a convenience store in Duluth, Georgia; and several commercial office buildings in the Atlanta suburbs ranging from $700K to $1.0MM.
Margaret has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending and worked at Quantum National Bank prior to its completed merger with HomeTrust in 2023.
She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor in Business Administration and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going to the beach.
She lives in the suburbs of Northeast Atlanta.
