Michael J. Ramirez serves the Greater Atlanta area as a Vice President and Osaic Institutions Advisor Representative at HomeTrust Investment Services.

A former equity financial analyst in New York City with over two decades of experience, Michael now uses his expertise in market dynamics, economics, strategy, trading, and risk management to help a range of clients achieve their personal and professional goals and obtain other partners throughout HomeTrust Bank.

Michael started his professional equity research career at Merrill Lynch and subsequently worked at Susquehanna International Group and at Truist Securities in Atlanta, where his clients included large asset managers and hedge funds.

He earned a Bachelor in Economics and Business from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and holds FINRA series 7, 63, 65, 86, and 87 registrations, along with a Life & Health Insurance license.

Michael and his wife serve the youth ministry as members of the Birmingham United Methodist Church and live in West Forsyth County with their six children, four horses, four dogs, chickens and barn cat.
