As part of the SBA Division, Skip guides clients through SBA (7a) and USDA loans for owner-occupied real estate, business acquisitions, start-ups, equipment financing, debt refinancing, working capital, and more.
Among his transactions are a $7.5MM USDA loan for a hotel refinance in Minnesota; a $1.4MM SBA loan for an auto body shop in Riverside, California; a $1.8MM SBA loan for an office building in Las Vegas; a $6.3MM SBA loan for the purchase of two gas stations in Daytona Beach, Florida; and a $2.3MM SBA loan for the purchase of a car wash in Reno, Nevada.
A Boston native, Skip previously worked as an SBA Business Development Officer in Las Vegas and Tampa. He is a member of the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
A former surfer, he currently lives in Clearwater, Florida, where he works out most days of the week, hikes, and gets on the water.
He has three children and seven grandchildren.
