If you, or a member of your household, has been adversely affected by the unexpected circumstances caused by COVID‐19, we may be able to help. We are working on rapid solutions for our customers and communities during this challenging time.
Our team is experiencing an increase in requests, but please know we are working quickly through each application in order to provide you with relief as soon as possible. Online requests received by 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday will receive a response that day. Requests received after 3:00 p.m. can expect a response the next business day.
If approved, a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address on file or via Online Banking if you are signed up for electronic statements.
