First-Time Login Instructions

Signing into your new online and mobile banking profile

You are now able to log into HomeTrust Bank’s online banking to access your account(s). Below is a step-by-step guide to help you log in for the first time. Online Banking from HomeTrust Bank includes all the personal online account services you expect, including Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit1. You have convenient access to your accounts 24/7.

Did you use Online Banking at Quantum?

If you used Quantum’s Online Banking within the last six months, you do not need to enroll in HomeTrust’s Online Banking. Your User ID is the same as it was at Quantum, unless we contacted you about it before the conversion. If you had not logged in since September of 2022, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking with HomeTrust.

  • User ID: Same as what you used to login with Quantum.
  • Temporary Password: Last six (6) digits of your Social Security Number, or Tax ID.

Which instructions do you want?Click on either mobile or desktop / browser to get started.
Download the Mobile AppDownload the “HomeTrust Mobile Banking” app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and open the app.
Enter Your User IDWhen prompted, enter your the same User ID you used with Quantum. This field is not case sensitive.

If you don't have a User ID, or didn't use online or mobile banking with Quantum, tap "Enroll now" to sign up now!
Enter Your
Temporary Password
Your temporary password is the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number or TIN on your profile.

If you do not have either, please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-627-1632, option 6 on or after March 13, 2023, for assistance.
Accept the Terms and ConditionsTap on "I Accept" to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Create a new passwordYour “Current Password” will be the same as your temporary password (the last 6 digits of the Social Security Number or TIN on your profile).
Create a new passwordTime to create your new password! Your new password must be 9-32 characters with at least one number
Confirm your new passwordTo ensure we've got it, you'll need to confirm your new password. Once your passwords match, you will see a visual indicator on the screen. Click save.
Set up challenge questions.For your security, you will be asked to set up your Challenge Questions. You will be asked to select 5 questions from the drop-down list and provide your answers. Please note that answers must be at least 5 characters and you cannot repeat answers. Answers are not case sensitive.

Tap on the "Save" button when you're done.
Two-factor authenticationTo confirm your identity when logging in from a new device, geographic region, or when there are other potential security concerns we use two-factor authentication.

Choose the best phone number from the list, provide a nickname, and choose how you want to verify your phone number.
Two-factor authenticationIf you don’t see a good phone number, call our Customer Care Center 800.627.1632, option 6, and they’ll can make sure we’ve got accurate information for you.
Two-factor authenticationOn the next screen, you’ll be asked to enter the verification code. This is a 4-digit code that will either arrive via text message or via phone call depending on the option that you chose. Click Verify.

If you didn’t receive the code, please wait at least 1-2 minutes, and then hit the send a new code option.
Welcome!After logging in with your user ID and new password, you're now logged into your account!

Please keep in mind that your credentials can be used both from a browser and from our mobile app.
START AGAIN
Enter Your User IDClick the green "Online Banking" button in the upper right hand corner. Under Personal Banking, enter your current username with Quantum in the User ID field. This field is not case sensitive.
Enter Your User IDIf you don't have a User ID, or didn't use online or mobile banking with Quantum, click on "Enroll in Online Banking" to get started.
Enter Your
Temporary Password
