Rate Questions

How will my rates change for my deposit products?

Quantum’s Certificates of Deposit (CDs) that have a fixed term and rate will remain unchanged until the time of maturity. Quantum’s deposit accounts (checking, savings, and money market) have variable rates that are subject to change at any time. However, HomeTrust Bank has no immediate plans to alter the interest rate strategies used by Quantum at the time of conversion and expects that deposit rates will follow similar patterns for the months after conversion. Given the volatility of market interest rate changes driven by the Federal Reserve changes in the Fed Funds Rate, as well as economic uncertainty in the broader market, no further predictions or assurances can be made beyond that timeframe.

Will my loan rates or payment due date change?

No. The terms of your loan will not change. Each Quantum customer received a letter delivered to their address on the account by the U.S. Post Office that outlines how to make loan payments.

Can I still use my Quantum National Bank Credit Card?

Yes, you may continue to use your Quantum National Bank Credit Card until it expires. However, please note your Quantum Credit Card will not be transferred to HomeTrust, as it is provided by a third party vendor and is not connected in any way to HomeTrust.
