I aim to develop successful teams and drive strong performance across the organization. I currently lead a team of Business Banking Officers as well as a group of Banking Center Managers across our metro footprint, ensuring alignment, consistency, and a high standard of execution. My focus is on leading a high‑performing segment of the bank—cultivating growth, enhancing customer experiences, and empowering leaders to deliver exceptional results. Outside of work, I enjoy camping and spending time with my husband and two children.
