Upon his retirement, Mr. Flynt will continue his association with Home Savings Bank as Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
Following Mr. Flynt’s retirement, Jonathan Jobe, Senior Vice President of Home Savings Bank, has been appointed President. Mr. Jobe joined Home Savings Bank in September 2005, and will assume his new responsibilities effective April 2, 2007.
