(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HTBI), the holding company for HomeTrust Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Rebekah M. Jr. Docent Day at James White’s Fort

As a community bank, HomeTrust loves teaching and encouraging kids to be involved in the communities that they live in. That’s why HomeTrust was proud to sponsor Jr Docent Day at James White’s Fort. Students from the 4th grade classes of the Episcopal School of Knoxville spend their morning serving as junior docents at the Fort as part of their study of Tennessee history. (more…)


Donation to the Victims of the Sevier County Fires

When a tragedy like the Sevier County fires strike, the community comes together. Being a community bank with branches adjacent to Sevier County, we could not ignore the terrible destruction to our neighbors. Led by Market President Trey Coleman, our Tennessee employees started researching ways to help. In the end, our TN team (including branches in Johnson City, Morristown and Knoxville) made a cash donation to the Oak Ridge Rotary Community Fund. (more…)
