Recently, the Bank helped finance the new location and renovation of Early College; a public school option that allows high school students to earn college credit while earning their high school diploma. Students have a 5-year option where they earn their diploma and Associate’s degree simultaneously.

The school is the first virtual early college in the state of North Carolina. It partners with Isothermal Community College and is partially funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
