Wind River Cancer Wellness Retreat in Tryon, NC asks for volunteers to get the facility ready for the season’s activities. For the 3rd year, HomeTrust bankers have answered the call to clean, garden, and maintain and extend walking tails throughout the property.

Cancer survivors attend the Wellness Retreat to learn ways of improving their quality of life and to deal with the emotional stress of cancer. The services and retreats are free of charge for survivors, making the work of volunteers crucial to the success of Wind River.
