Bill Rochester serves as Vice President and Community Association Banking Officer at HomeTrust Bank, where his primary focus is business development in the Southeastern part of the country.
Bill works with community association management companies and HOAs to streamline their banking operations by leveraging technology integrations for payment processing and providing industry-specific loan solutions.
He thoroughly enjoys partnering with the companies and volunteers that work toward making their communities a better place to live.
Prior to joining HomeTrust in 2025, Bill spent nearly 20 years in community association banking after transitioning to the industry from technology sales.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University, is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and has held his Certified Manager of Community Associations designation for over 15 years.
He and his wife live outside of Charlotte, where they enjoy spending time with their family, going to the gym, and walking their dogs.
