Michael Pizzico entered the Community Association industry in 2008 when he joined Paul Dolfi’s sales team at RBC Bank.
In short order, Paul became one of the most influential leaders in Michael’s career, and they remained close for nearly 15 years, even as their professional paths diverged.
Today, their relationship has come full circle, with Michael reuniting with Paul as part of HomeTrust’s Community Association Banking team, where they are putting their shared experience and partnership to work.
Alongside Bill Rochester, the trio is now helping to establish the bank’s nationwide presence in the community association industry.
As Vice President and Association Banking Officer, Michael works nationwide to combine integrated accounts receivable solutions, treasury management, lending, and specialized services to community management companies which manage homeowner and condominium associations, and cooperatives.
Consistent with the long-term relationships that have defined his career, Michael believes success comes from earning trust over time, delivering on promises, and helping clients solve problems.
With expertise gained over nearly two decades serving common-interest communities, he aims to exceed client expectations and elevate their operational standards.
In addition to his career in the community association industry, Michael served for 14 years in the Pennsylvania National Guard as both a Military Police officer and an Air Defense Artillery tank commander, an experience that shaped his commitment to leadership, integrity, and service.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Susquehanna University and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation.
Outside of work, he remains active with Community Associations Institute (CAI) chapters throughout the country.
Michael also enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with friends and family, including his three daughters, two of whom are twins.
