For 24 years, Jessica Rich commuted more than 100 miles each day to and from work as a Business Development Officer and Commercial Relationships Lender in Knoxville.
In 2020, she accepted an opportunity to serve her home community in the Morristown area as a Community Market President, and her commute is now 11 miles to HomeTrust’s location at 120 Evans Avenue.
After assuming responsibility for strategic direction in the Morristown and Lakeway communities, she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Market President in 2023.
Jessica has over 37 years of banking experience in Tennessee, including as a Vice President SBA and Business Development Officer for United Community Bank. She also worked at Civis Bank and US Bank, where her market was an Annual Pinnacle Winner for two years under her leadership as District Manager.
Jessica is passionate about supporting her community and maintains leadership roles in a variety of organizations. She is the treasurer and past president of the Morristown Rotary A.M., current treasurer for the Rotary Club of Morristown, a member of the finance committee for the Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce, board member and former board treasurer for Girls, Inc., a member of the Encore Theatrical Company Board, a member of the Lakeway Achievement Center Board, a member of the Industrial Development Board of the City of Morristown, and a finance chair for First United Methodist Church.
Jessica attended Walter State Community College and graduated from the Tennessee School of Banking and The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending.
She and her husband of more than 40 years have two daughters, two son-in-laws, and four grandchildren.
