Rossini Festival

This year marks the 16th annual Rossini Festival International Street Fair presented by Knoxville Opera. Knoxville natives and visitors can enjoy 11 hours of live entertainment on five outdoor stages (opera, jazz, ethnic music, gospel, modern and ethnic dance, ballet, vocal and instrumental ensembles) and the YMCA FamilyZone while shopping at exhibits of over 100 prominent Artisans and enjoying cuisine from dozens of food vendors.

Business Ethics Luncheon

The annual Business Ethics Luncheon brings together Asheville/Buncombe high school students and community leaders to share a meal, listen to a thoughtful keynote, and engage in lively conversation about current issues in business and ethics. Each year, more than 150 young people benefit from this signature event!

The Gauntlet

The Gauntlet is a small business enterprise development event produced by The Advancement Foundation. At the beginning of February a training program began, which engaged entrepreneurs in business plan development, market research, operational detail and sales/marketing techniques. The program will culminate on April 27th with judged presentations and The Gauntlet Business Competition awards event.
