The money was donated to the Asheville Humane Society’s life-saving Foster Care Program, which saved the lives of 1,515 animals in 2013 by providing for animals that were in need of special care outside of the Adoption Center.

Generous foster families who donate their time and open their homes to these animals are supported with these funds.
