Asheville, North Carolina – HomeTrust Bank Auto Finance Credit Analyst, Randy Janoe, completed the National Automotive Finance Association (NFA) Compliance Certification.

This certification program designed by NFA and Hudson Cook, LLP (leading legal support for the auto finance industry) was created to provide compliance professionals with a solid working knowledge of the federal and state laws and regulations that govern consumer credit.

This program consists of 120 hours of training, as well as ongoing continuing education every two years to maintain certification. The continuing education provides updates on statutory and regulatory requirements.

This certification will enable Janoe to provide the HomeTrust Bank Auto Finance Department with advice to enhance safe lending practices, and make a better experience for the customers.
