Rick Washburn joined Shelby Savings Bank in 1990 and was named Regional Executive and President in June 2009. He is a native of North Carolina and has 31 years of banking experience in Cleveland County. He graduated from Gardner-Webb University and is a board member of the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association of Cleveland County and Mortgage Bankers of the Carolinas.
