We are excited to bring updates to both Business Center and Commercial Center on October 13, 2020.

Updates to Business Center

We are excited to roll out new enhancements for Business Center which improves user experience and increases capabilities within the system.

When is the upgrade happening?

Changes will take effect October 13, 2020

What do you need to do?

  • Check your device’s app store for the update on October 13.

What does this upgrade mean for you?

  • Password reset is now self-service. Users will get an email or SMS1 (if enrolled) with a temporary password.
  • The Account widget can now hold up to 25 accounts. You can edit the accounts you would like to see by selecting the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the widget.
  • Forgotten Password link is now available on htb.com.
  • Bill Pay is now accessible via the mobile app for Business Center users with access to that service.
  • Enhanced image capture for mobile deposit in the app
  • When completing a mobile deposit in the app, the message has been updated from “Succeeded” to “Submitted”.
  • Business Center will retain up to 18 months of transaction history provided you are actively reviewing your history in online banking. If account history is not regularly viewed, only 6 months may be available.
  • Streamlining of menu options to reflect user permissions.

Updated authentication procedures may require new questions. Please ensure your security questions are answered/up to date under My Settings> My Profile. Contact our Customer Care Center at 800.627.1632 option 6, then option 2 or email us for assistance.


Updates to Commercial Center

We are excited to roll out new enhancements for Commercial Center which improves user experience and increases capabilities within the system.

When is this happening?

Changes will take effect October 13, 2020.

What do you need to do?

  • Check your device’s app store for the update on October 13.

What does this upgrade mean for you?

  • Quick View lists all of user’s entitled accounts and now offers a search bar function. Enter the account number, account description/name, or account type to locate a specific
    • Account grouping is now available upon request. Please submit a secure message within Commercial Center for account grouping options. You may also contact us via email by clicking here.
  • ACH clients now may request their ACH transactions individually display on their account history. This feature is available upon request.
