Steve Fleming is an Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager specializing in construction finance.
As part of the Equipment Finance Division, he collaborates with companies building for the future and helps see their projects through to completion.
Steve works with dealers and end-users to provide solutions for equipment acquisitions related to excavating, grading, and paving. He focuses on small and middle market clients with revenues upward of $1.0MM, with a concentration on the Southeast.
Representative transactions include a $7.0MM fair market value lease on off-road articulated dump trucks for a mining operation; a $2.2MM fair market value lease on excavators for a multi-national fertilizer company; a $3.0MM simple interest loan for an industrial civil engineering company; and a $1.2MM line of credit for a grading and clearing company.
In his first year at HomeTrust, he generated $42MM in total deals.
Prior to HomeTrust, he worked for over 20 years in equipment finance at GE Capital, Citi Capital, and BB&T. He earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in sales and marketing from the University of Memphis.
When Steve isn’t working, he likes traveling with his wife and three kids.
