Chelsea Joyner started her banking career as a part-time teller in 2014, largely because of the position‘s flexible hours.
After working with clients on their day-to-day needs, however, she fell in love with banking and proceeded to pursue a full-time career in the industry.
She now works as a senior sales associate at HomeTrust Bank, where she serves as a primary client contact for account openings, maintenance requests, and transaction processing, as well as a point person for mortgage referrals, investment services, and treasury management services.
Chelsea takes pride in building a repertoire by being approachable and collaborative, resolving requests and queries from clients, and supporting HomeTrust Financial Advisors in Roanoke, Virginia as well as Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Prior, she worked in various banking and advisory roles for more than a decade.
Raised in Virginia, Chelsea lives near the community of Moneta and enjoys spending her spare time with her son and fiancé or hiking along the trails of Smith Mountain Lake.
