Elise Penland oversees the banking needs for property management companies and HOAs as part of HomeTrust’s partnership with Cinc Systems, a software company.
As an Association Banking Officer, she takes pride in her ability to understand nuance and ensure her clients efficiently organize their accounts, manage cash flow, and disburse and receive funds.
Her expertise encompasses Treasury Management services such as ACH, remote deposit capture, fraud protection, and wire transfers, as well as loans. She also focuses on building a concierge-type service that prioritizes timeliness, responsiveness, and support.
Elise earned a Bachelor in Business Management from Montreat College and has served in various retail, credit, treasury management, and relationship management community banking roles for more than 15 years.
She joined HomeTrust in 2017 as a Treasury Management Sales Officer and worked in business banking before starting her current role following the bank’s merger with Quantum in 2023.
She lives with her husband in Black Mountain, North Carolina just outside of Asheville.
