Brian Rogers was born and raised in South Carolina’s Upstate region and moved to Greenville in 1980. He has been working in and around the market ever since and feels he doesn’t just have ties to the location, but roots.
As a Senior Vice President and Market President in Greenville, Brian works with privately held companies with revenues up to $300MM, including commercial real estate developers, investors, brokers, and other professionals.
He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, partner buyouts, business expansion, commercial real estate development, and working capital for businesses at all stages.
Brian has led a deal team in a value-add investor acquisition of a 300K square foot office building in Greenville; financed a 1MM+ square foot owner-occupied industrial plant in the Upstate for a 30+ year-old manufacturer; provided a $5.0MM working capital line of credit and treasury platform for a $30MM distributor; and completed numerous real estate development and acquisition deals ranging in size from $1.0MM to $50MM.
He most recently served as Greenville Market President for First Reliance Bank. Prior, he worked in various production and leadership roles at Pinnacle, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, where he started his career in 1989.
Brian earned his Bachelor in Accounting from Clemson University and has two daughters who are also part of the Clemson family. He lives with his wife in Greenville.
