With a focus on family-owned and closely held businesses generating $50MM or more in annual revenue, Grady structures and manages credit facilities ranging from $1MM to $25MM. His experience spans a variety of industries, including general contracting, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and early childcare.
Grady values the opportunity to sit down with clients, learn how they built their companies, and help them to navigate challenges and opportunities by offering forward-looking advice.
He is also committed to being responsive and dependable, whether navigating complex financing needs or answering straightforward, day-to-day questions.
His recent work includes structuring a $20MM real estate-secured line of credit for a transportation company to support property acquisitions across the Southeast; an $8MM secured line of credit for a manufacturer to expand distribution to major retailers; a $5MM equipment line of credit enabling fleet growth for a transportation client; and a $15MM portfolio loan that supported the acquisition of 12 daycare centers.
Grady holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He is an active member of First Redeemer Church located in Cumming, Georgia.
He lives in the Atlanta metropolitan area with his wife of 15 years and their three children.
Outside of work, he enjoys trail running and hiking in the Appalachian Mountains.
