Brad Zinn, an SBA Business Development Officer, provides financing to small businesses nationwide in industries ranging from home health to manufacturing.
He believes every business has a different story, and he aims to listen to each individual’s unique needs before offering up financial solutions.
He specializes in National Small Business Administration (SBA 7(a), 504) loans with a focus on business acquisitions, equipment loans, partner buyouts, owner-occupied real estate, construction loans, and refinancing.
Some of his representative transactions include a $2.0MM debt refinance for a partner buyout of an information platform; a $1.8MM debt refinance for a landscaping business; and a $3.8MM SBA loan for the acquisition of an excavation company.
Brad studied Philosophy and Finance at Harvard Extension School and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services, commercial banking, and capital markets fields.
He is a member of the South Florida Secured Lenders Association, Florida Business Brokers Association, Florida’s Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, and the International Business Bankers Association.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and coaching her lacrosse team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
