Joe Hendryx always starts the business development process by asking about his clients’ end goals.
In his role as a Business Development Officer, he then coaches clients to earn stronger livelihoods, become entrepreneurs, recognize opportunities, and reach their milestones.
As part of his efforts to support growth, Joe specializes in Small Business Administration (SBA 7a), (504) loans, with a focus on acquisitions, working capital debt refinancing, commercial real estate, construction, and equipment.
His representative transactions include a $1.6MM SBA refinance for the construction of a wedding venue in Texas; a $1.2MM SBA for the acquisition of a glass manufacturer in California; a $1.3MM for a commercial real estate purchase by a boat manufacturer in Florida; and a $1MM SBA loan to refinance existing debt for a manufacturer in Tennessee.
Prior to HomeTrust, Joe served as a combat engineer for the Georgia Army National Guard and later fulfilled his lifelong dream of starting a brokerage with his dad in Fairhope, Alabama. He credits both experiences for imparting him with a “never give-up” mentality.
A passionate golfer, Joe enjoys camping and drinking good wine with his wife, Marcy.
They live in Atlanta with their chocolate lab, Mitch.
